How to resolve the error: Shop Not Found

This issue can occur when you've copied the shop to a new environment and the migration process was not executed properly. 


In certain cases it is best to re-install the extension, this will however cause the loss of data. If this is a no-go for you, please reach out to us to resolve this issue.


Kindly share the following details with us, so we can make the necessary changes:

  • Login Email: The email you try to login with
  • Admin URL: The url to your Shopware admin
  • Shop ID: See instructions below on how to find this piece of info
  • Shop URL: See instructions below on how to find this piece of info 


The Shop ID and Shop URL can be found in your network inspector after navigating to the Notification dashboard page.
